Annabelle turned to Professer Oak. " Are we gonna get our Pokemon, now?" Annabelle asked.

Accepted, Guardian Palkia. But next time, Branch, there's no need to double post.

"Be patient..." Professor Oak replied, "But yes." He handed each person a Poke Ball.

Dawn opened hers, and a small, white humanoid came out, with a green thing on its head that looked like a helmet.

"A Ralts." She nodded.

( Sorry Gengar.. )

Annabelle nodded. " Sorry." She said quietly, and opened hers up. " An Abra." Annabelle grinned as the Pokemon popped out.

(I like to describe my Pokemon as if no one but me knows what it looks like If you want to be a good writer/roleplayer, that's how you should do it.)

Ida opened her Poke Ball. The creature was a small blue dog with some black on it, with nothing much else to it besides a white marks on the backs of its palms.

"Who are you?"

"I am Riolu," he said.

"Can I call you... hm," Ida thought for a moment, and then it was as if a lightbulb appeared above her head and kicked her. "Your name is Fox!"

Fox looked around. "I think I have weird parents or something.... as far as I know I know rather unnatural moves."

"Any Riolu is a Riolu for me," she said, and put her small hand in his large paw.

( True, true.)

Annabelle grinnned at her Abra.

((Princess Annabelle, can you please stop making five-word posts? If you don't have much to do, just wait until something happens.))

"Now, here is what you're going to do," Professor Oak began. "Some of my aides will escort you to Viridian City. There, you must all attempt to challenge the gym leader. I'll tell you why in a moment. But I'm warning you, his Pokemon are strong, so you'll all have to challenge him, one after another, without healing, for any chance to win.

"I chose you three to do this because there is trouble brewing in this world. This is just practice for what greater threats that you'll face later on. Somehow, the gym leader is associated with this, and if he's defeated, then he'll probably tell you something about it."

Oak nodded to a few men in white coats near him, and they stepped forward. One of the three said to Dawn and the others, "Come with us." Then he left through the door.

Dawn rushed behind him, looking back at Ida and Annabelle.

((All right, pay attention. When we get to the gym -- we're not there yet, though -- I'll tell you what Pokemon the gym leader has. I also control the gym leader and his Pokemon. So only command your Pokemon and say what they did, but don't automatically hit. All attacks, even if they never miss, are attempts.))

Annabelle called her Abra back into her Pokeball swiftly and followed Professer Oak and Dawn. She couldn't believe it, she was going to fight against a gym leader! Trouble brewing,yikes. Annabelle wondered what it was..

((Yep, great! And you're following Professor Oak's aides, not the professor himself.

Now we only have to wait fo Riolu, Palkia and maybe Harvey. If Harvey doesn't show up in three days, I'm probably going to delete him from the RP.))

Celestian ran down the worn dirt route, her Absol running in pace with her. "Getting tired yet Absol?"

"Never." Absol replied, smirking.

Celestian grinned. "Good! We've still got a few miles to go- keep it up."

Absol nodded.

Annabelle, while she was following the aids and Dawn, decided to let Abra out. She pressed her Pokeball and Abra popped out. Abra grinned, almost in unison with Annabelle.

Celestian smiled as they approached the next route to the city. "Almost there! Maybe we can find some worthy battlers here, eh Absol?"

"Mmm." Absol grunted, determined to find more battlers.

((Who thinks we should skip the part where we get to the city?

2. Brandon is also known as the mysterious "TM man" because of his wide range of TMs. Note that some may not be real TMs that exist in the games, but all moves will be real.

The lights flicker on in the dark gym and a short, brown-haired man steps up to the group of five people, one of which is much older than the others ((That's your character, Palkia)). "I am the gym leader, Brandon. You can't challenge me all at the same time," he said. "So we'll do five battles in a row. How's that?"

He pointed at Anthony. "You will battle me first."

Annabelle watched, excitedly. Abra sat next to her, eyes blazing with the thought of winning.

Ida's Riolu barked twice and looked up at the ceiling. The Trainer herself wasn't paying attention.

Annabelle watched, wondering what Poke'mon the gym leader would have. Abra fidgeted beside her.

Celestian smirked. "Ready anytime, Brandon. Absol and I have been waiting for our rematch!"

Absol growled, his bladed tail cut through the air.

((Rematch?

By the way, Harvey has decided to quit the RP, so the first one to battle will be Branch.))

Brandon immediately released a Pokémon. It was dog-like, with a fluffy white tail and mane. Its body was a fiery red, with tiger-like stripes. "GraOOlithe!" It howled.

"What Pokémon are you using?" Brandon asked, a grin pulling up at the corner of his mouth when he saw the Abra next to her.

An aide leaned over and whispered in Annabelle's ear. "I taught that Abra the TM Shadow Ball. It'll be useful, since the only other move it has is Teleport."
